From a 40 by 40 concrete block building overlooking Echo Lake in Burlington, Wisconsin, Echo Lake Foods has grown to production and storage facilities in three states.

Growth
Built Up Over Eight Decades
- 1949: acquired a Milwaukee based egg processor and began breaking eggs and selling them as liquid.
- 1964: installed egg breaking and pasteurization capabilities, replacing hand breaking.
- 1983: began production of frozen cooked omelets, egg patties and diced eggs.
- 1996 and 1999: expanded into French toast, pancakes, crepes and filled blintzes.
- 2001: acquired a large production and storage facility in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Echo Lake Transportation
A fleet of trucks has transported refrigerated liquid eggs and frozen egg products to our customers since the early years of the company.
